ATBU Academic Calendar

First Semester, 2021/2022 Academic Session:

1. Continuation of the First Semester: The first semester of the 2021/2022 academic session will continue from 7th February to 13th February 2023, lasting 6 days.
2. Board of Studies (Dept. & Fac. /Coll.) Meeting: This meeting is scheduled from 7th February to 13th February 2023, spanning 6 days.
3. SC Meeting: The SC Meeting will take place from 14th to 18th February 2023, lasting 5 days.
4. Senate Examinations Meeting: This meeting is set for 9th March 2023 and will last 1 day.
5. Inter-semester break (All UG Students): The inter-semester break for all undergraduate students will run from 18th January to 20th March 2023, lasting 8 weeks.

Second Semester, 2021/2022 Academic Session:

1. Resumption (All UG Students): All undergraduate students will resume on 21st March 2023.
2. Registration (All UG Students): The registration period for all undergraduate students is from 14th to 24th March 2023, lasting 11 days.
3. Late Registration, with Fine (All UG Students): Late registration for undergraduate students, with a fine, is scheduled from 25th to 27th March 2023, spanning 3 days.
4. Lectures (All UG Students): Lectures for all undergraduate students will run from 22nd March to 2nd June 2023, lasting 10 weeks.
5. Add and Drop (All UG Students): The add and drop period for all undergraduate students is from 20th to 24th April 2023, lasting 5 days.
6. Revision/Display of C. A. Results: This period is scheduled from 3rd to 5th June 2023, lasting 3 days.
7. Second Semester Examinations: Examinations for the second semester will take place from 8th June to 4th July 2023, spanning 4 weeks.
8. Marking: The marking period is scheduled from 8th June to 17th July 2023, lasting 6 weeks.
9. Board of Studies (Dept. & Fac. /Coll.) Meeting: This meeting will take place from 19th to 23rd July 2023, lasting 5 days.
10. SC Meeting: The SC Meeting is scheduled from 24th July to 30th July 2023, spanning 6 days.
11. Senate Examinations Meeting: This meeting will take place on 1st August 2023.
12. Vacation (All UG Students): The vacation period for all undergraduate students is from 5th July to 6th August 2023, lasting 4 weeks.
13. Academic Staff Annual Leave: The annual leave for academic staff is from 2nd August to 12th September 2023, officially deferred, and lasting 42 days.
14. 2022/2023 Session Commences: The new academic session will commence on 7th August 2023.
