Emmanuel Alayande College of Education, Oyo, in affiliation with Ekiti State University (EACOED-EKSU), is conducting the final screening exercise for 2022/2023 newly admitted full-time degree students at the 100 and 200 (Direct Entry) levels. This post provides essential information about the screening exercise, including dates, venue, required documents, and important reminders.
EACOED-EKSU Degree Students Final Screening Exercise Details:
- Dates: Wednesday, 5th April and Thursday, 6th April 2023
- Time: 9:00 am each day
- Venue: BOT Lecture Theatre near the Students’ Affairs Office
Required Documents:
Newly admitted students must come to the screening venue with three file jackets containing the following documents:
- Application form
- Six (6) recent passport photographs
- Evidence of payment of Acceptance Fee, Development Levy, and Portal Maintenance Fee (original and two photocopies)
- Evidence of payment of EACOED Fee (original and two photocopies)
- Senior School Certificate May/June (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) – (original and two photocopies)
- Secondary School Leaving Testimonial (original and two photocopies)
- Senior School Certificate November/December (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) – (original and two photocopies)
- WASC/GCE O’ Level (original and two photocopies)
- NCE for Direct Entry candidates (original and two photocopies)
- EKSU Pre-Degree (if any) (original and two photocopies)
- 2021 JAMB Result Print-out/slip (original and two photocopies)
- JAMB Admission Letter (Institution copy) (original and two photocopies)
- Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age (original and two photocopies)
- Local Government Identification (original and two photocopies)
- Reference Letters from either an Imam or a Pastor and a Senior Public/Civil Servant (original and two photocopies)
- Scratch result checking cards for O/L results by all candidates.
Important Reminders:
- Attend the final screening exercise punctually, as failure to do so will lead to forfeiture of your admission.
- To be eligible for the exercise, you must pay your fees in full.
